AC999 Terms and Conditions — Rules That Protect You

1 General Terms

AC999 operates ac999.vin as an online gaming platform offering live casino games, slot games, fish shooting games, bingo, and sports content. The platform is intended for entertainment purposes and is designed for Pakistani players using PKR as their account currency.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered players, and anyone who accesses any part of the platform. Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is restricted is entirely at the user's own risk. AC999 makes no representation about the legality of its services in any specific location other than as stated in these Terms.

AC999 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version is always available at ac999.vin/terms-conditions. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and use an AC999 account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual, not on behalf of a corporation or third party.
• You are not acting as an agent for or in the interest of another person.
• You have not previously had an AC999 account closed due to a terms violation.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an AC999 employee.

AC999 may request identity verification documents at any point. Players are required to cooperate fully with any verification request. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3 Your Account

Each player may hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different names, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended and all balances may be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. AC999 cannot be held responsible for problems arising from outdated or incorrect information provided by the player.

Your account login credentials — username and password — are personal and must not be shared with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact AC999 support immediately.

AC999 will never contact you to ask for your password. Any communication claiming to be from AC999 that requests your login details should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support.

Account balances are non-transferable. You cannot transfer funds between AC999 accounts or gift your balance to another player.

4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits are processed and held in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards, and approved mobile wallets. AC999 does not apply currency conversion charges at any stage.

Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. In the rare event of a processing delay, players should retain their payment reference number and contact support with that reference.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed during the deposit process. These limits may vary by payment method and account status. AC999 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at its discretion.

You must only deposit funds from payment sources that belong to you and are in your name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods belonging to a third party, is prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the availability of that method for payouts. In cases where the original method cannot be used, AC999 support will assist in arranging an alternative.

Before a withdrawal is processed, AC999 may require identity verification. This is a standard step and is not a reflection on the player's standing. Documents typically requested include a government-issued ID and proof of ownership of the payment method being used.

Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method:

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: Typically within a few hours of approval
• Raast / Bank Transfer: Typically 1–3 working days
• Cards: Processing time depends on the issuing bank

Any active bonus balance must have its associated wagering requirement met in full before a withdrawal request will be approved. Real-money balance that is not part of a bonus is available for withdrawal at any time, subject to the minimum withdrawal amount displayed in the cashier section.

AC999 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a bonus terms violation, or a pending verification check. Players will be informed of any such hold and the reason for it.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

AC999 offers bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each offer comes with its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates. These specific terms are communicated at the time of the offer and take precedence over any general statements about bonuses elsewhere on the platform.

General bonus rules that apply to all offers unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless an offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met using the eligible game types specified in the offer. Bets placed on restricted games will not count towards wagering.
• AC999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that was claimed in error, was the result of a technical fault, or where there is evidence of systematic exploitation.
• Players who consistently exploit bonus offers without genuine recreational play may have their access to future promotions restricted.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on AC999 — including live casino tables, slot games, fish games, and bingo rooms — are governed by individual game rules displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding those rules before placing bets.

In the event of a disconnection during a game, the round outcome will be determined by the server record, which is the definitive source of truth. AC999 cannot be held responsible for interrupted sessions caused by the player's internet connection or device.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per table. These limits are displayed before and during gameplay. Bets placed outside the permitted range due to a platform error will be voided and the stake returned.

Game results are generated by certified random number generators (RNG) for electronic games, and by live dealers operating from professionally managed studios for live casino titles. AC999 does not interfere with game outcomes.

If a game round is interrupted due to a technical fault on the platform's side, the affected round will either be completed using the last recorded server state or voided with the stake refunded. AC999 support can be contacted for any dispute relating to a specific game round using the round ID displayed in the game interface.

8 Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool that gives an unfair mechanical advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to generate profit rather than reporting them to support.
• Depositing funds that are derived from illegal or fraudulent activity (money laundering).
• Providing false identity information at registration or during verification.
• Registering or operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to access another player's account or interfere with the platform infrastructure.
• Placing bets specifically designed to qualify for a bonus without genuine intent to play (bonus abuse).

9 Privacy and Data

AC999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at ac999.vin/privacy-policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected during registration and account use — including name, contact details, and payment information — is used solely for account management, payment processing, and customer support. AC999 does not sell personal data to third parties.

AC999 uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, and analyse platform usage. Details of cookie use are set out in the Privacy Policy.

10 Responsible Gaming

AC999 takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform is designed for adult entertainment, and we recognise that for some players, gaming can become problematic. We encourage all players to set personal limits and to reach out for help if needed.

Players can take the following self-management steps at any time:

• Set a weekly or monthly deposit limit in PKR before you start playing and stick to it regardless of outcomes.
• Decide on a time limit for each session and honour it — set a phone alarm if it helps.
• Take a break if you find yourself chasing losses or feeling frustrated during a session.
• Contact AC999 support to request a temporary self-exclusion period if you feel you need one.

Gaming should not be used as a way to manage financial problems or emotional stress. If gaming is no longer enjoyable and feels more like an obligation, that is a sign to stop and reassess. Full guidance is available on the Responsible Gaming page.

11 Account Closure

Players may close their AC999 account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure — provided it is not subject to an active bonus condition or a pending investigation — will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

AC999 reserves the right to close or suspend an account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

• A breach of any section of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• A chargeback initiated by the player or their payment provider.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for an extended period may be marked inactive, and the player notified before any further action is taken.

Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, AC999 may withhold balances derived from prohibited activity. Any withheld funds will not be returned.

12 Limitation of Liability

AC999 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to maintain uptime and game integrity, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted, AC999's liability to any player for any cause is limited to the net deposit value held in that player's account at the time the claim arises. AC999 is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive losses of any kind.

AC999 is not responsible for losses resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, device failures, or third-party payment provider errors.

13 Changes to These Terms

AC999 may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, players will be notified via a notice on the platform or by email to the address registered on the account. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Continuing to use the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should stop using AC999 and contact support to close your account.

14 Contact Us

If you have questions about these Terms, please contact the AC999 support team. Our support is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

For disputes relating to a specific game round, please have the round ID ready when contacting support, as this allows the team to pull the relevant server record quickly. For payment queries, your transaction reference number will speed up the process significantly.

AC999 aims to acknowledge all support requests within a few hours and resolve the majority of queries within one working day. Complex disputes involving withdrawal holds or account investigations may take longer, and players will be kept informed of progress throughout.
